Of Chevrons and Scales

I finally made my own stamps to create these lovely prints for notebooks covers.

~32 pages, A6, single stitch, high quality paper

Stick and Tie

In my previous post, I made clay tags.

The question is...what can they be used for?

I have 2 brilliant ideas for you.

1. Stick!

Squeeze a bit of craft glue (or even UHU) to the back

and press it onto a notebook or a card or anything at all!

2. Tie!

 Tie it to your bag.

Tie it to your pencil case.

(Btw, that's my new pencil case from Typo. Isn't it pretty?!)

Tie it to anything at all!

If all goes well, I'd probably have clay tags of the 

Hogwarts emblem or/and the 4 different houses coming soon!

Harry Potter fans, look out!

Clay Tags

I bought these from Typo not long ago.

First thing I thought I'd do with it was swipe it with some ink and stamp away but nope.

I made:

clay tags!

I'm selling at SGD 2 per tag.

Here's a quick simple tutorial which is probably going to ruin business for me. HAHA.

Materials needed:

1. Stamp

2. Baking clay

3. Something to make a hole 

(if you want a hole)

4. Ink

(not necessary but good finish)

Step 1: Roll ball of clay and flatten it.

Step 2: Sprinkle stamp with a bit of water.

Step 3: Place flattened clay on stamp.

Step 4: Turn stamp over (with clay on a flat surface) and press it into clay.

Step 5: Bake clay for approx. 7 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.

Step 6: Let clay tag cool.

Step 7: Swipe ink on surface of clay tag.

Voila! A pretty clay tag!

 

Easy peasy huh?

Tags can be used as pendant, decoration for cards or notebooks, 

spicing up gift wrapping, wall decoration

AND SO MUCH MORE!

Once again, going at SGD2 per tag!
